Yes, all meals are gluten-free, lactose-free, and low in fructose.

Can I be sure that the food is low FODMAP?

Yes, all our meals are certified low FODMAP by the Monash University in Australia.

Is food that has been preserved in jars nutritious?

In short, yes. Apart from Vitamin C and some B vitamins which are heat sensitive, most other nutrients like protein, carbs and fibre are retained well through the preservation process. We do not use any artificial preservatives.

How do you prepare your food for long shelf-life at ambient temperature?

Our meals are solely preserved through a combination of heat, pressure and vacuum, which is industry standard, but customised in our case to achieve optimum taste and nutrient retention.

Do you use any additives, preservatives, artificial aids and colours?

We do not use any additives, preservatives, artificial aids or colours in any of our foods. We also do not use artificial thickeners or emulsifiers, as they may be difficult to digest for some people. Separation of liquids and solids in the jar is completely natural and does not affect the quality and safety of the product.
